Women's resolution woes

Women's resolution woes #Why goals and resolutions don't work, but intentions do. Intentions affirm your desire to make something happen. There is nothing more potent than an intention. It clearly states that you "will" make something happen, and you actually believe it to be true. Resolutions are merely "impotent" goals, very weak, but nevertheless commercialized to the point where you and everyone else around you believe it's your measuring stick for success or failure. Whether it;'s losing weight, giving up smoking, drinking, or any addiction that makes you feel lousy! Re-frame your thinking; Begin 2012 with "My New Year Intentions". Let me know how that works out for you.

Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many. Do not believe in anything simply because it is found written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find that anything agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it.
